A fixed personal assistant will not be assigned. Instead, an experienced team is ready to assist you by phone or email. This ensures that you are always helped quickly and expertly. The service is offered from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. After closing time, you will be automatically connected to the Platinum Service Line. Please note that requests and questions via email are only handled during our opening hours.
The service focuses exclusively on flight-related questions and inquiries regarding your Flying Blue profile.
We always recommend booking tickets on other airlines directly with the airline or through a travel agent. KLM may not issue all fare types on other airlines, which means we cannot offer you the best rate. Different rules apply for reward tickets.
As long as it concerns KLM, Air France, or Delta flights, we offer full support, regardless of the destination, except for bluebiz-related questions.
To qualify for the KLM Personal Assistance service, you need to earn 400 UXP (Ultimate Experience Points) within your Platinum qualification period. UXP earned above this threshold can be carried over to your next Personal Assistance qualification period, up to a maximum of 400 UXP. This is called the Personal Assistance surplus.
If you move out of the Netherlands during the service year, the KLM Personal Assistance service will expire. However, you can continue to use the services during the service year.
The difference may lie in the period in which you earn UXP for the Ultimate status or the Personal Assistance service. The UXP are the same.
It is important to know that the Personal Assistance service period starts one month later than the PLC period and is provided for a period of 12 months.
KLM Personal Assistance is open on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. After 6:00 p.m., the phone number is automatically redirected to the Platinum Service Line.
